Why doesn't Schedule Builder create a log file on startup?

By default as of 4.2.1, Schedule Builder does not create a log file on startup. It creates a log file on request from the logging and support in the admin area where you both add logging statements and download the log file, as needed. But, if you cannot get Schedule Builder started up and need logging to figure out the error, then you can update Schedule Builder to create a log on startup. To accomplish this, add the code bellow to the log4j.xml found in edit-webapp folder. This code will add an appender that will create a log file in the tmp directory. To update this, just change the value of the file parameter in the appender.
