Community Questions


The Community Questions area is our support area where subscribers to TES (and any of other products) can interact with other subscribers. This allows you to share experiences and solutions with other users. CollegeSource staff are also involved to help out as well.

Our Community Questions site can be accessed here.


  • You can login here.

    • Enter your Username

    • Enter your Password

    • Click the Login button

  • If you have forgotten your Username or Password, click the Forgot username/password? link to receive a Username reminder or to reset your Password.

  • A Support Center account is required. Use the Request an account link if you don’t have one already.

  • Accounts are approved daily, so you shouldn’t have to wait more than one business day to gain access.

  • If you have an account but you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can request them.

  • The information requested will be sent to your email address.

  • When you sign in, you will see your personal information.

  • Click the Questions link to enter the Community.

  • Type in a question and click the Ask question button to submit it to the community, or search existing questions to see if yours has already been asked (and possibly answered)!

  • Scroll down the page to see other questions.

  • Click a question to answer it/comment on it/”vote” on it/watch it, etc.

  • Click the Topics “tab” to see the list of Topic qualifiers and filter questions by a certain topic.

  • Click the Experts “tab” to see who is answering the most questions (correctly)!

The Questions Community is where clients can connect with clients to get the best of their experience!
