Equivalency Search: Multiple Search Fields

Use multiple search fields, if needed, to search for mulitple items. This example displays a search for equivalencies to courses in our Composition Department (CO) that are end-dated (inactive) for courses coming from a particular institution (UNLV) and created by a sepcific user (Panzica, John). Enter/select all of the desired parameters and and then click the image button:

Enter multiple criteria: CO, home course, inactive, UNLV, and Panzica, John.

All equivalencies matching all the selected criteria display.

The list of selected equivalencies based on the included search parameters (multiple).

This list of equivalencies can be printed,

e-mailed, exported to Microsoft Word, and/or exported to Microsoft Excel.

Just the current “page” is affected, unless the ALL PAGES checkbox is checked.

Click BATCH EDIT to edit the selected equivalencies.

 Use the printer icon to print the page (or ALL PAGES if the selection includes less than 500 results).

 Use the e-mail icon to e-mail the page (or ALL PAGES if the selection includes less than 500 results).

 Use the MS Word icon to export the page (or ALL PAGES if the selection includes less than 500 results) to Microsoft Word.

 Use the MS Excel icon to print the page (or ALL PAGES if the selection includes less than 500 results) to Microsoft Excel.

 Click the BATCH EDIT button to Batch edit the selected equivalencies.
