 They will be signed out of TES and will need to sign in with their new password.


E-mail User(s)

This function can be used to e-mail any one of the users, or all of the users, in your TES account.

Click the ADD NEW USER button to add a new TES user.

Click the arrow button to edit (or de-activate) the profile of an existing TES user.

Send an e-mail to an individual TES user, or to all TES users (for your institution).


Hover over a User Right heading to get a short description of what features the Right provides to users assigned the Right.

 Select recipient.


Use the dropdown to select a single User, or select “Everyone” to send the message to all Users.

 Add a subject, and create the body of the e-mail.

 Elect for a copy to be sent to yourself if desired.

Click the SEND ME A COPY

checkbox if you want one.

Click SEND to send the e-mail or BACK

to go back to the User profile.

 Use this feature to send out messages for training, policy statements, reminders for evaluations, etc.
