Support> Community Questions

The Community Questions area is our support area where subscribers to TES (and any of other products) can interact with other subscribers. This allows you to share experiences and solutions with other users.

CollegeSource staff are also involved to help out as well.

 Point to the SUPPORT menu and click on Community Questions.

Enter your Username. (This is not always the same as your TES Username)

Enter your Password.

Click Login.

Click here to request an account.

To get a Username reminder or to reset your Password, click here.

 You can login here.

o Enter your Username

o Enter your Password

o Click the Login button

 If you have forgotten your Username or Password, click the Forgot username/password? link to receive a Username reminder or to reset your Password.

 A Support Center account is required. Use the Request an account link if you don’t have one already.

 Accounts are approved daily, so you shouldn’t have to wait more than one business day to gain access.

Enter the requested fields.

Enter the ReCAPTCHA text (to prove you’re not a

robot…unless you are one?!)

Click Submit to request an

account (or Cancel, not to).

 If you have an account but you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can request them.

Enter your email and click Submit to request a Username reminder.

Enter your email and click Submit to reset your Password.

 The information requested will be sent to your email address.

 When you sign in, you will see your personal information.

Click the Questions link to enter the Community.

Change your Profile information using these tools.

 Click the Questions link to enter the Community.

 Type in a question and click the Ask question button to submit it to the community, or search existing questions to see if yours has already been asked (and possibly answered)!

Switch the view/sort/ filter using

these “tabs”.

Click Ask question to submit the question.

Click a question to see the full question, answer it, comment on it, vote on it, etc.

Your statistics and Top Expert status.

 Scroll down the page to see other questions.

 Click a question to answer it/comment on it/”vote” on it/watch it, etc.

Switch the view/sort/ filter using

these “tabs”.

Click Ask question to submit the question.

Click the up arrow if you find the answer helpful. (The answerer gets points.)

Click the down arrow if you don’t find the answer helpful. (The answerer loses points.)

When you answer a question, you are

automatically set to “Watch” it. Click here to Unwatch it. You can click the Watch button for any question you would like to follow even if you don’t answer it.

When you watch a question, you will get an email whenever there is activity, so you don’t even have to log in to see the answers.

Type in your answer and click Save .

 Click the Topics “tab” to see the list of Topic qualifiers and filter questions by a certain topic.

Click a topic icon to see the questions associated with that topic.

 Click the Experts “tab” to see who is answering the most questions (correctly)!

The Questions Community is where clients can connect with clients to get the best of their experience!
