The Manage menu contains items that allow you to maintain Security and Access to the features available in TES for the users authorized to use it on your campus. Every authorized user will have access to the User Preferences option. The remaining five (5) items in the menu are restricted to those with the TES Administrator User Right.
The Manage menu allows you to administer your TES account. TES Administrators can add/edit users, set user rights, customize the public display, export a list of equivalencies, view usage statistics, and more.
