Evaluation Workflow

The Evaluation Workflow option under the Manage menu allows TES Administrators to set default options for the Evaluation Tracker Workflow.

The Evaluation Tracker Workflow allows you to route courses and proposed equivalencies to evaluators. Staff who have the TES Administrator User Right can set defaults for the Evaluation Tracker Workflow: Send E-mail Alert on/off, an e-mail address to notify of and with the details of a created equivalency, and a default User to assign Evaluation Tasks to for requests coming from TransferologyTM.1

1 For institutions that subscribe to both TES and Transferology, staff using Transferology with the Advisor and/or Recruiter Role can initiate Evaluation Tasks from student “Maybes”. Staff that have the Transfer Specialist Role assigned can initiate Evaluation Tasks from Unknown Equivalencies.
