Statistics Reports

Statistic Reports are available from the School Profile drop-down menu:
These stats are packaged into a monthly usage report that is emailed out to a list of contacts at each school, which is maintained by the School Administrator. The PDF report is automatically emailed on the first day of every month, and shows the usage data for the previous month--one page for Transferology and one page for the Transferology Lab.
Any user logged into the Transferology Lab can access Statistics Reports, but only for their own institution.
For example, below is the Statistics Report generated for XYZ University:
NOTE: The Student Report tab displays on top, by default.
Student Report Tab
The Student Report tab showcases a number of data points, including the total number of transfer path matches at the institution:

Number of courses from your institution’s catalogs that students have added to their Transferology profiles on the "Will My Courses Transfer?" path. Lab Report Tab
The Lab Report tab showcases a number of data points, including the number of equivalencies viewed at the institution:

Common Functions
Several common functionalities are available in the Statistics Reports, regardless of which tab is viewed:
Export to PDF
Export the Statistics Reports to PDF format for sharing via the Export to PDF button ().
Date Filter
By default, statistics are displayed by Previous Month, as indicated on the Date Filter drop-down menu.
NOTE: The date increment selected from the drop-down menu dictates the title displayed on the page:
Date Filter Controls
Hover with your mouse over the calendar icon () to view instructions and keyboard shortcuts to set the desired date in the Date Filter:
- Select a date range, or use the "Custom" option
- Use arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate and enter dates
- Use Ctrl + Up/Down to change months
- Use Shift + Up/Down to change years
- Use Alt + Up/Down to change decades
- Use Ctrl + Shift + Up to zoom out
Date Filter Menu
The drop-down menu for the Date Filter provides common time increments used to view Statistics Reports:
- Current Month
- Current Year
- Previous Month (default display)
- Previous Year
- Last 30 Days
- Last 90 Days
- Last 180 Days
- Last 365 Days
- Custom
- Click the gray field to display the calendar view, where a date range may be manually selected
