View Student Statistics is functionality restricted to School Administrators only.
View Student Statistics allows School Administrators to view event statistics and page view statistics within specified date ranges (by month, week, or day) for all student users.
From the School Profile menu, select View Student Statistics:
Areas of the Student Statistics Page
The Student Statistics page is displayed:
- Date range
- Types of stats
- Stats chronology
- Stats sort by time
Select a pre-set date range or set a custom range to apply.
Pre-set date range options:
Custom range forces a calendar to pop-out to the right to establish "to" and "from" dates.
NOTE: The date range defaults to the past year, so modify this setting to desired dates

Statistics graphed as number (for example, number of courses added) over time (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly)
NOTE: Mouse hover over points on the graph to reveal text containing data

Type of Stats
(Displayed by default)
A count of all of the courses from your institution's catalogs that students have added to their Transferology profiles on the transfer course (green) pathway. These are courses that students are interested in transferring from your institution to another institution.
A count of all of the courses that students have added to their Transferology profiles on the replacement course (blue) pathway. These are courses that students are interested in taking equivalents for at another school and then being able to transfer it back to your institution to satisfy a specific requirement.
A count of the number of times students click to view the details of their equivalency results for their courses at your institution.
Requests for Info
A count of the number of times students have clicked the Request for Information button for your institution after viewing their matches. This will equal the total of your active + your archived Recruit Students lists.
A count of all the times a student has run a new program for your institution.
Transcript Import Requests
A count of the number of transcript imports requested.
School Profile Views
A count of the number of times students have viewed your school profile.
Program Info Views
A count of the number of students that have viewed your program information.
