Audit Comparison

Customization settings, definitions, and maximum character lengths are listed below along with the products each affects:       

 

Required Field (*) Fields that are required are denoted with a red asterisk (*).

Default Overwritten () Properties that have been overwritten are denoted with black double arrows () and only display when a property is not set to its default.

Special Syntax Required () Fields that require a special syntax are denoted with a red slash ().

Enable/Disable Features


Align Audits by Requirement

When comparing audits, the Audit Comparison Tool will line audits up by requirement rather than strict line number. If a requirement is longer on one version of the audit it will visually pad the shorter audit to help with readability. (1 char)

Allow Look Ahead

If a match isn't found, allow the tool to look ahead to try to find a match. The number of lines it will look ahead is set in the Look Ahead Count property. (1 char)

General Settings


Server Name 1*

The uAchieve server daemon server name you want to compare. Will be compared against results from the server set in Server Name 2. (10 char)

Server Name 2*

 The uAchieve server daemon server name you want to compare. Will be compared against results from the server set in Server Name 1. (10 char)

Comparison Eval Switch

 The default EVALSW to submit audit requests with when selecting to run degree programs from the Audit Comparison Tool. (1 char)

Comparison Log Level

 The log level that the uAchieve server will use for audits submitted from the Audit Comparison Tool. (1 char) 

Comparison COM Key*

 The default COM key used when running audits from the Audit Comparison Tool. (5 char)

Comparison Start Line*

 Line of the audit where the Audit Comparison Tool will start making comparisons. (3 char)

Audit Comparison Polling Rate*

The time between searches for completed audits. Time is specified in milliseconds. (10 char)

Audit Request Timeout*

 Length of time for a thread to timeout when it is waiting for an audit to complete. Time is specified in seconds. (3 char)

Look Ahead Count*

The number of lines you want the tool to look ahead in order to find a match. Is only applicable when Allow Look Ahead is set to True. (3 char)
