Dashboard Reports

uAchieve includes a report library of templates that may be used as-is or modified by institutions for customized reporting purposes.

Dashboard reports were revamped (with the uAchieve 4.4.2 release) to introduce a new look and feel for data analysis

This versatile Reports feature allows users access to default, out-of-the-box Report templates grouped into categories with specific reports residing within each:

  • Batch Based (e.g., audit completion checks, course demand)
  • Course Demand
  • Exceptions (e.g., substitutions; waivers by type, user, student)
  • Program Encoding
  • Transfer Encoding (e.g., track most used degree program requirements and TA information)

Throughout all reports, click the Submit button () to process the report generation or Back () to cancel the report and return to the Dashboard home page.

From the Dashboard, click the Report button () or select Reports from the menu bar:

NOTE:
The availability of reports displayed on the Dashboard is dependent upon what applications are running AND your user permissions.
