Financial Aid and Athletic Compliance

Encoding (e.g. the process of building degree program rules and requirements) in uAchieve can be set up to monitor compliance for financial aid and athletic eligibility.

The following are examples of what can be monitored in uAchieve:

  • Minimum GPA
  • Specified number of hours completed per term
  • Specified number of hours completed in last two regular terms
  • Specified number of hours completed in student’s first year
  • Percentage of degree completed at a point in time
  • Specified percentage completed by start of third year
  • Specified percentage completed by start of fourth year
  • Specified percentage completed by start of fifth year

CollegeSource can work with athletic association personnel and those responsible for certification and compliance at the institution to ensure requirement encoding correctly and completely reflects institutional policies.
