IREF Grade Definition Tab

The Grade Definition Table consists of columns/rows where grades are set and defined for the institution.

GPA Calc Determines whether this course counts in the GPA calculation

Add Credit Course credit control; controls whether this course will be assigned any earned credit

Add Count Generally indicates whether a course with this line's grade is acceptable or not. Courses with the same add count value may be allowed to combine.

Memo

Displays Comments pertaining to selected grade; these Memos are created/edited in the Grade Definition Details window displayed when clicking the Details button ()

NOTE:
Memo button will appear gray to indicate it is deactivated (), meaning that no Memo exists for the selected grade.

 

Details

Generates the Grade Definition Details pop-up window containing the fields for the Grade Definition table

  • Click Close () to exit the Grade Definition Details window, or
  • Click Apply Changes () to conserve the input data
Delete

Deletes the selected grade

Add a grade to Grade Definition table at a designed line using the + Add button ().
