Financial Aid and Athletic Compliance

In uAchieve, encoding--the process of building degree program rules and requirements--can be set up to monitor compliance for financial aid and athletic eligibility.

Examples of what can be monitored in uAchieve:

  • Minimum GPA
  • Specified number of hours completed per term
  • Specified number of hours completed in last two regular terms
  • Specified number of hours completed in student’s first year
  • Percentage of degree completed at a point in time
  • Specified percentage completed by start of third year
  • Specified percentage completed by start of fourth year
  • Specified percentage completed by start of fifth year

We work with athletic association personnel and those responsible for certification/compliance at the institution to ensure requirement encoding correctly and completely reflects institutional policies.
