Audit Request Screen
audit.xml contains three page elements for the Request an Audit screen. Two of these page elements control the "Run Current Program" section of the screen. The third controls the "Options" section of the screen. (Display options for the "Run Selected Program" section can be set in selfservice-audit.properties).
Run Current Program
The "StudentDegreeProgram" page element, shown below, defines the display of the list of degree programs in the "Run Current Program" section. The labels next to the attribute correspond to the area that the attribute controls in the screenshot of the audit request screen above:
Notice that the StudentDegreeProgram page element contains the following line:

Include Planned Courses
To change the checkbox value, change the checkboxMapping to the predefined option you want, found in the options.xml file.
New in 18.104.22.168, a new config for the checkbox is reflected in the XML screenshot below:
This XML should map to one of the checkbox mapping definitions in options.xml that we predefine for the client.
The "AuditRequestOptions" page element, shown below, controls what fields are displayed in the"'Options" section of the audit request screen. Again, the labels next to the attributes correspond to the area that the attribute controls in the screenshot of the audit request screen above:
The lists of options for the Report Type, Include What If, and List All drop-down boxes are defined in the options elements shown below. Options for the Run Type field can be defined for students and advisors in selfservice-audit.properties.
Audit List Screen
The audit.xml also contains two page elements for the audit list screen. These page elements control the "Running Audits" and "Completed Audit Requests" sections of the screen.
The "JobQueueList" page element controls the display of the 'Running Audits' section.
The masterView attribute tells Self-Service in what order to display the running audit list. The column attributes specify which columns to display for the list of running audits.
Completed Audit Requests
The "JobQueueRun" page element controls the display of the list of completed audits. As with the "JobQueueList" page element, the masterview attribute controls the order of the list of audits. The column attributes control which columns are displayed on the screen.
The final area configured in audit.xml is the "Performance Tracking" tab:
The "JobQueueCourse" page element corresponds to this page. Again, the column attributes control which columns are displayed on the screen. The defaultSortBy attribute controls the order that the courses will be listed when the page first loads. Users can click on the column headings on the screen to sort by a different column. The filterOn attributes control what drop-downs are available for filtering the course list.
