What are the support hours for uAchieve in the cloud?


CollegeSource will provide extended technical support hours from 8 am to 8 pm EDT, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. During the extended hours, support will be responsible for failures of the AWS environment only. We plan to ramp up this support to 24 x 7 x 365 as we accumulate clients with uAchieve in the cloud. Comprehensive functional and technical support will be available during business hours, from 8 am to 5 pm EDT, Monday-Friday (excluding work holidays).
