Reports
This versatile Reports feature allows users access to default, out-of-the-box Report templates grouped into categories with specific reports residing within each:
- Batch Based (e.g., audit completion checks, course demand)
- Course Demand
- Exceptions (e.g., substitutions; waivers by type, user, student)
- Program Encoding
- Transfer Encoding (e.g., track most used degree program requirements and TA information)
Throughout all reports, click the Submit button () to process the report generation or Back (
) to cancel the report and return to the Dashboard home page.
From the Dashboard, click the Report button () or select Reports from the menu bar:
NOTE: The availability of reports displayed on the Dashboard is dependent upon what applications are running AND your user permissions. |
Run Report

Select a category by clicking a name (on the left) or by searching for a specific report name in the Search field (on the right); Search is selected by default
Use the percent sign (%) to perform wildcard searches throughout Reports, which will return a list of all search results.

Upon selection of a category, specific report types will populate the right side of the screen
- Click to select a report type to view more details
- A new box appears to the right containing fields specific to
- Complete the report fields. Required fields are marked with a red askterisk *:
- Click the Run Report button (
) to run the selected report.
- The interactive report is displayed:
Interactive Reports
New in 4.4.2 All Dashboard reports have a level of built-in interactivity similar to the interactive audits in uAchieve that allows the user to "drill down" for more specific information.

Batch Based
Batch Based reports are related to the Batch tool, e.g., to check completion status for students.

Audit Completion Check
The Audit Completion Check report analyzes previously run batch audit and displays the number of complete versus incomplete audits in that particular batch. The report also identifies what audits used in-progress or planned courses.
Select a JobID* from the drop-down menu to Run Report ():
Degree Program Analysis
The Degree Program Analysis report analyzes previously run batch audits and shows the completion status of all students grouped by program. The report further counts the completion status of each requirement within the program.

Most Used Degree Programs
The Most Used Degree Programs report analyzes previously run batch audits and counts the number of times each degree program was used within a batch.

Program Percent Complete
The Program Percent Complete report analyzes previously run batch audits and displays the cumulative percent complete for each student's degree program.

Course Demand
Course Demand reports are for institutions using the uAchieve Planner who need to analyze aggregate data about course demand, for example.
Planned Course Demand
The Planned Course Demand report displays a count of each course students have added to their declared plans, grouped by term or course. The report can optionally display how many of those courses were added to approved versus non-approved plans.

Scheduled Course Demand

The Scheduled Course Demand report details the terms in which courses were added to student plans within uAchieve Planner, breaking it down by course. The Planned Courses by Course also displays how many of those courses were added to Approved versus Non-Approved plans.

Student Plan Progress
The Student Plan Progress report presents a drop-down list of YearTerm choices to view the scheduled courses by term.

Exceptions
Exceptions reports display counts of exceptions by group.

The All IREF Tables by Report InstID report provides a list of all Institutional Reference (IREF) Tables you currently have encoded, sorted by ReportID.

The Duplicate Report InstIDs report provides a list of all duplicated Report InstID values found across different Source ID/CD combinations.

Students by Source School
The Students by Source School report provides the total number of students per source school who have at least one transfer course from that school.
The Students by Source School has no configurable report parameters; just click Run Report ():

The Student Courses by Source School report provides the total number of student courses per source school.

Transfer Rules by Source School
The Transfer Rules by Source School report provides the total number of rules for each source school you currently have encoded.
